In most standard texts for the Calculus, The Fundamental Theorem of Calculus has two parts. While the order may vary on the reference, they are as follows.
Part 1:
$$\frac{d}{{dx}}\int\limits_a^x {f(t)\,dt} = f(x)$$
Part 2:
$$\int\limits_a^b {f\left( x \right)\,dx} = F\left( b \right) - F\left( a \right){\rm{ where }}F'\left( x \right) = f\left( x \right)$$
Note: For brevity of this example, I have not discussed restrictions on the applicability of these theorems.
